Heat Range
Spark plug heat range is referring to spark plug ability to conduct heat.
The ability is stronger, the heat range will be higher and vice verse.
It is very important to choose a spark plug with the heat range suitable to the engine.
When the heat range is not suitable for the engine, the following will happen.
Heat range too high
The temperature of spark plug insulator firing end is lower than its selfcleaning temperature, causing carbon
fouling on the firing and affecting the ignition performance.
Heat range too low
The temperatrue of spark plug is too high, easily causing pre-ignition,spark plug electrode melting, damage to the engine.

Let engine cool down, use the plug recommended by Engine Manual.Clean the relative places before installing or dismounting in order to prevent dirt from dropping into cylinder.
Install plugs per designated torque or revolving angle, the maximum installation torque should only apply to new plugs with no lubrcant on its thread. The torque value value should reduce on third or so to avoid over-torque if the thread is already lubricated.
Attention the matching between the valid length of plug's thread and the length of the thread of the installation hole of cylinder cover. If ther no torque wrench available, please install new plugs per the following table while old ones with one twelfth circle(30)
